Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping offers will be subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of the offer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout, wherever tracking is available.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and contact information. Mero Pahad will not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete details, or the customer’s unavailability. Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment needs to be resent.

Return and Refund Policy

At Mero Pahad, we carefully select and pack our products to maintain their quality and authenticity. Due to the nature of our products, including food, dairy products, pulses, honey, and other consumable items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. Refunds are not available for change of mind or personal preferences.

However, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or compromised product, please contact us so that we can review the issue.

Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Order

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears to have been tampered with, please follow these steps:

3. Provide photographs or an unboxing video, if available, showing the product and packaging.
